Welcome to Tutrpoint, a platform operated by Ecoevr Mobility Pvt. Ltd.. By using our website, services, or tutor-parent connections, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Service Engagement

• Parents/guardians may request tutors for home or online tuition through our platform or WhatsApp groups.
• Tutors must provide accurate profile details (qualifications, experience, ID proof) for verification.
• Demo classes, schedules, and tuition arrangements are coordinated between tutors and parents via our platform.

2. Payment Terms (Parents/Students)

• Parents are required to pay advance fees before tuition begins. This ensures tutor safety and service confirmation.
• Fees are collected by Qubenix and securely transferred to tutors as per our payout model.
• In case a tutor is unavailable or replaced, Qubenix guarantees a suitable replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

3. Payment Terms (Tutors)

• Tutors may choose between two models:
  • Upfront Model: Tutor pays a small advance/commission to Qubenix. In return, they receive 100% of the tuition fees from the parent.
  • No Upfront Model: No advance payment is required, but Qubenix deducts 30% of the first month’s tuition fees as service charge. The tutor receives the remaining 70%.
• Payouts are processed after confirmation of classes and fee collection from parents.
• Repeated cancellations or misconduct by tutors may lead to account suspension and withheld payouts.

4. Tutor & Parent Responsibilities

• Parents must ensure a safe and suitable learning environment for home tuitions.
• Tutors must be punctual, professional, and follow ethical teaching practices.
• Any disputes should be reported to Qubenix for mediation and resolution.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Parents may request cancellation within the first 1-2 classes; in such cases, partial refunds may apply after deducting demo/service charges.
• No refunds are provided once classes for the agreed duration have commenced, except in cases of tutor absence or verified issues.
• Tutors who cancel after confirmation will not receive refunds of any upfront fees paid.

6. Confidentiality & Data Use

• All personal data (phone, address, payment info) is kept confidential and used only for tuition-related purposes.
• Parents and tutors are strictly prohibited from misusing each other’s contact details.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Qubenix acts only as a connecting platform and is not responsible for in-home conduct of tutors or parents.
• We ensure background verification to a reasonable extent but do not guarantee personal safety beyond the agreed terms.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
• We encourage resolving disputes amicably through Qubenix mediation before legal action.
